Alicia Ang.
Testimonials / Appraisals
Alicia interned with Spark Planners Pte Ltd between 14 May and 29 July 2018. During these 3 months, Alicia reported to the undersigned and was also under the guidance of our in-house senior Design Director. One of her outstanding works included a design concept tender for a medical conference in early November which Spark Planners was eventually awarded. She also came up with a concept for an exhibition showcase at the tenth anniversary of an awards ceremony. She also spent her time providing support to the project leaders. She is meticulous, initiative and able to meet deadlines. Just after a few weeks of mentorship and training, Alicia was working independently, with very little supervision, on various projects and working closely with the Design Director. When the internship ended, Alicia continued to be part of our team for design support. She worked well both as an individual and in a team and was able to handle the pressure that came along with the tight timelines. It is a privilege to be able to work with her. I believe that with her skills, she will be a value-added asset to any organization. I sincerely wish her all the best in her future endeavors.
